Program Type	More detail on the type of activity. For example, a self-reported activity may be identified as Live Seminar, while online activities might be a monograph or multi-media presentation.
Requirement Type	The specific requirement category that this activity satisfies from a licensure perspective.
# Credit Hours	The number of credit hours received for this activity.
# Units	The number of units received for this activity.
Status	Indicates if the selected activity has not been started (not started), if it is underway (open), or complete (closed).
Last Accessed	The date that the activity was last accessed.
# Attempts Allowed Remaining	The number of attempts that you have remaining to pass the activity.
