In order to access most activities, users are required to register with a username and password to log into the system. If you do not have a username and password, click Register on the login screen to create your new user account using the registration form. This username and password will also be used to access your Transcripts.

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the index page, where you can jump to different parts of the activity. From within the activity itself you can choose to return to the index page or go to other parts of the activity using the drop down menu in the top left corner of your screen if it is available. Depending on the activity, other controls and links will be available from within the activity.

While viewing Text or Journal-Based activities online, you are provided with a menu to navigate the article. This feature is located in the bottom left corner of your screen from within the activity.
TEXT-BASED
ACTIVITIES  |
Multimedia activities require that you have the Real PlayerTM Plugin installed on your computers. You can download the FREE Real PlayerTM by clicking the link below
While viewing multimedia activities, use the controls in the bottom left of your screen to pause and play the presentation. The Jump to Slide feature at the bottom of your screen allows you to jump to different sections of the slide presentation by clicking on individual slide titles.

If you do not have Real Player installed, or are unable to receive streaming media due to a firewall, the Slides & Transcribed Audio is a good option when available. Use the arrows on the top and bottom to scroll the text on the side of the slide, and use the dropdown menu and the arrows at the bottom of the screen to navigate the different slides.
After viewing the slides and transcribed audio, close the window to complete the post-test/evaluation if applicable.
Once you have viewed the activity, you can either use the top right navigation or the index page to access the post-test or evaluation. Click to select your answers, and then click Submit. Upon successful completion of the post-test or evaluation, a certificate will automatically appear on your screen. Print this certificate and retain it for your records.

You can access duplicate certificates for all activities you have completed online by going to your transcripts. After logging in with your username and password, you will be able to view a list of all online activities you have completed along with a duplicate copy of the certificate.
To access your transcripts, go to http://www.cecity.com/elearning.htm and click on the Transcripts link. Then, enter the username and password you used while completing the online activity you wish to view a duplicate certificate for.
